BEFORE YOU BEGIN, A NOTE ABOUT USING MUSIC, MEDITATION AND THE PROCESS OF OVERALL HEALING
Using music and gentle guided focus is an easier and less traumatic way to start moving energy through the body for beginners and experts alike. If you find you have struggle on one or another chakra, as in, you don’t feel any energy pulsing there, you struggle to focus on the colour or sounds in the music or the music doesn’t make you feel well, then it is likely that this chakra has major blockages of energy flow. It would be good to look at your life, health, choices and current or past situation to see how it connects to this chakras current blockages. Repeating a chakra track and meditation over and over until something comes up is one method, the other is to make a note of the issue, finish the meditation with the rest of the chakras (root to crown then crown to root) then do the actual work in your life on the thoughts, feelings, words and deeds that are creating this blockage of energy flow in this particular part of your life.
Nothing can be healed in the body with only physical focus, just the same is that nothing can be healed energetically with only energetic focus. For complete healing to occur, work must be done on all the human forms simultaneously as they all function as a single unit. Where one is out of balance the rest struggle as well. These bodies manifest in the realm of the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states of existence. Thoughts, feelings, words and deeds along with spiritual history and lifetime history can all play a part in where a being finds themself in any given moment. This meditation is not a heal all or fix all.. it can however, begin a beautiful comprehension of how energy works in connection with your bodies energy flow with the divine energy flow. Just this action alone can begin a beautiful journey into the self and along with other self healing work, can initiate a complete healing of all the bodies.
For each chakra track below, we have provided a general written guide for how to focus on the chakra’s particular energy signature. Often it is a very physical thing, where you will feel something like a heartbeat, or a pulsating in the part of your body where you are focusing your mind, and how you are focusing it using the colour and vibration along with the music. This can be a very powerful thing! Emotions may come up, strange deep feelings and thoughts you maybe haven’t felt before. Allow it all to happen, in a safe space with your phone off and doors locked.
Allow what flows during chakra balancing, or you can end up with pent up energy which can become dis-ease or illness.
Remember to always breath deeply, in through the nose, out through the mouth. Breath in the healing, the love, the forgiveness and peace attributes of each chakra and breath out the stuff that comes up no longer required such as negativity, shame, guilt, fear, anger, aggression, jealousy, self loathing, etc.
The most impact will be had by doing the the full meditation in one sitting, starting with the root chakra, moving all the way up to the crown, then back down through to the root to ground the meditation. In total it takes almost 2 hours to complete. However, if you feel that you have a particular chakra out of balance, it’s perfectly acceptable to work on that one chakra. You may find after balancing one, another requires attention and so forth.

1st Chakra – Red Earth Rooted Harmony 396hz
Ground yourself into earths electromagnetic energy field… send your energetic roots deep into the soil, the rock the core of our planet and feel her resonance ring throughout your being. 2nd Chakra – Orange Sensual Sacral Flows 417hz
Move energy through your sacral chakra (just below the belly button) focus on Orange light glowing, then pulsating rhythmically with the beat of life and love … reflect on your interpersonal connections, sensuality, sexuality and relationships… all is forgiven, allowed to flow, accepted, transmuted, and released… all is love…all moves in unison with the rhythm of life…flowing waters, sun setting, sun rising… reflecting myriads of orange onto the surface of everything… glowing orange light emanating from your belly… visualize and feel the orange life light energy gently swirling around the lower belly area, once fully focused on this area, feeling the orange energy pulsating in your sacral chakra, move on to the 3rd Chakra.
3rd Chakra – Golden Sonic Solar Flame 528hz

Open your heart to the love song of the Universe… Played by Haley Love and Shylo Love on a keyboard re-tuned to the Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies, (we used a method where high C is 528hz) this song is used for opening, healing and balancing the Heart Chakra. Our intentions open to divine perfection… for the best possible outcome to be manifested for each listener. The music was played in the key of F, though not preplanned, we asked the all knowing Universe for healing music for the Heart…. then allowed this to flow out through our hands and hearts. Actual recordings of tuning forks in the frequencies of 528 hz and 639 hz play throughout the song along with the OM frequency of 136.1 hz.

GENERAL SOUND HEALING CHAKRA MEDITATION INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions are to help you get the best results for meditative and chakra balancing purposes:
1 – For a complete sound healing meditation set aside at least 2 hours. Begin with the 1st Chakra and work up to the 7th Chakra, then back down to the 1st. (IE: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,4,3,2,1) Alternately, one can work on an individual problematic chakra at a time or do the 14 minute tune up.
2 – Find a quiet, safe space. Turn off phones, lock doors and be undisturbed and feel warm and cozy. Can be done sitting or lying down.
3 – Each track begins with it’s associated tuning fork frequency, focus on it, gently and slowly breathe through each chakra…. As you listen… focus on each chakra area, the associated colour and reflect on the energy/purpose/direction of each chakra. One can also feel a literal pulse in each area if the energy is resonating and flowing through it… like a heartbeat in each area, it is very prominent and while meditating one can feel this pulse move up through to each area in a very physical way which helps that brain trust the process is actually happening… it’s very tangible meditation.
4 – Allow whatever comes up to flow freely. You are in a safe space to allow and be vulnerable. You may feel a glowing love, a little bit of ache or ecstasy as the chakra opens … perhaps you will experience happiness, gratefulness, fear, anger, sadness, bliss, ecstatic vibrational rushes flow over you… tears and maybe sounds coming out of your mouth, muscle twitches, shivers and jerks… who knows? Whatever it is, it is as the Divine Intelligence in the reciprocal universe knows you need for balance and healing of the Chakra. We do not propose to know such a thing for ourselves or for you. We have left this ultimate intention up to our divine source, and we suggest you do the same… however, how you choose to experience these tracks … and your life… is always up to you…
5 – Some people find that they are increasingly more sensitive to the music and frequencies each time they listen they feel it more and more. Perhaps it takes some time to resonate through various other resonate frequencies your body has learned to use for it’s own sound health based on the way you think, feel and act along with who you surround yourself with and where you choose to physically be at any given time. We live in an ocean of frequencies… what ones are you continually bathing yourself in? Emotional ones? Chemical ones? Human ones of a certain type? This music is created using ancient healing frequencies that assist in entraining your resonant vibration back to harmonious peace, regardless of where you are.. like a free ticket out of the Matrix you can very rapidly return to your normal operating state~! <3
6 – Relaxing and focusing on the frequencies creates a point of focus for the mind and allows the body/mind/emotion/spirit forms to resonate with the music without the thought/emotion (free will/ego) frequencies interfering. The energy (prana, life force) that flows through your chakra centers is guided by the music and your focus on it. This is a powerful tool for those that find meditation difficult, focusing on the observer aspect and or completely clearing the mind of all thought is the basis for most meditation practice.
7 – With a clear mind and an active heart centre, watch your life change in subtle or amazing ways…you mind find a year after beginning to tune yourself, your life had very gently and gracefully all fell into perfect places and you hardly noticed… because let’s face it, we tend to really notice when life is crappy and not so much do we make a big deal when life is peace and happy because we are just BEING in the peace and happy… know what we mean? (PS can be used with great additional effect under intentional altered states, while doing mudras, and also singing, humming or toning along with the music!)
